Mitchel, SD

Yesterday we got into South Dakota and arrived at Mitchell, home of the World's Only Corn Palace.  Look it up...it's actually a very cool story and an interesting place.

This seems to be a very nice place to live.

We're staying overnight in a KOA campground so we can replenish our expendables, empty our tanks, run some laundry and do a few minor maintenance & repair chores.
Today's plan is to drive due West to the Black Hills, home of our destination sights. That's about 300 miles, so it will be a full day's drive.
